Elizabeth (Beth) Bean became active in real estate in 2000, and became a licensed Real Estate Broker in 2001. She has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer. Currently an active member of the Salisbury-Rowan Association of Realtors® and the Central Carolina Association of Realtors®, Beth has served as Secretary (2003 & 2018), President-Elect (2004), and President (2005), Director (2006-2008, ), Treasurer (2010-2012), and currently serves on the Board of Directors. She consistently serves on various committees in both Associations. In 2015, Beth became 5-Star Property Management Certified and is a Certified Manager of Community Associations through the Community Association Institute.
Beth received the 2005 Salisbury-Rowan Association of Realtors’® Realtor® of the Year Award. Additionally, Beth is a Graduate of the Realtors’® Institute (GRI), Recipient of the James L. Bichsel Academic Achievement Award, a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and a Certified Relocation Specialist.
Beth has led The Bean Realty Group with Re/Max Leading Edge since 2009. The team has achieved awards, every year, including Executive, 100%, and Platinum Club Awards, and earned the prestigious Hall of Fame Award in 2016.
Beth is an active member of the Central Church of Christ in Salisbury, NC. She is married to Ron, and has two sons, Rob and Ryan, six grandchildren and one great-grandchild!
Ron Bean has been a licensed real estate broker since April, 2006. Ron is very active in the Property Management side of the Bean Realty Group. His experience in management and customer service enriches his ability to cover all aspects of the business to assure our Owners, tenants, buyers and sellers get priority care.
Ron is a member of the Central Carolina Association of Realtors. He is accredited with the Five Star Residential Property Management Certification.
Ron is a Vietnam Vet and loves working with other Veterans in fulfilling their property needs. Ron loves to hunt, fish and ride his Harley.
He and Beth are members of the Salisbury Harley Owners Group. Ron is also an active member of the Central Church of Christ. Ron and Beth love spending time with their family.
Rob Bean became licensed in April of 2011 and joined Re/Max Leading Edge as partner in the Bean Realty Group at that time. He is integral in growing the Group’s client base, sales volume and name recognition in Rowan & Cabarrus Counties.
Rob is a graduate of the Buffini referral based training program & Peak Producer training program. He takes every advantage of informational and educational opportunities to stay on top of today’s market and be the ideal real estate professional.
Since joining Re/Max Leading Edge, the team has achieved awards, every year, including Executive, 100%, and Platinum Club Awards, and earned the prestigious Hall of Fame Award in 2016. In 2017 the Bean Realty Group received the Children’s Miracle Network Award for the highest contribution in the Leading Edge Office.
Rob is a native of Rowan County and worked in sales and management prior to joining Re/Max Leading Edge and the Bean Realty Group. He is an active member of the Shiloh Reformed Church of Faith. He was President of the Salisbury/Rowan Association of Realtors in 2017 and currently serves on many committees, including Chairman of the Golf Committee. Rob is also a member of the Central Carolina Association of Realtors.
Rob lives in Faith with his wife, Kara. They have three (3) children and one grandchild. Rob enjoys playing golf, sporting events, family time and helping clients achieve their real estate ambitions.
